  1. New Build

Ground-up branches and financial centers planned around your market, network role and growth goals.

  2. M&A Brand Refresh

After a merger or acquisition, our modular approach lets you rebrand acquired branches using their existing fixtures, so the new brand shows up quickly and at lower cost.

  3. Renovation

Refreshing existing branches to fit how your members and customers bank today, with minimal disruption.

  4. Design

At the center of every project: a customer experience and brand that express your strategy.

Modular fabrication

A faster, cleaner way to build and renovate branches.

Modular, pre-fabricated construction builds teller lines, feature walls, and interior elements off-site, then installs them quickly on location. Compared with traditional construction, it brings clear advantages.

We deliver this work with our design partner, Design Made, and our fabrication partner, Boyce Products.

Speed to market

Components are built off-site while the location is prepared, so fabrication and site work happen at the same time instead of one after the other.

Sustainability

Factory precision means less waste, fewer deliveries, and components that can be reused or reconfigured instead of sent to a landfill.

Less disruption

Shorter on-site work keeps branches open longer during renovations and reduces noise and mess for members, customers, and staff.

Consistent quality

Controlled shop conditions deliver the same finish and brand experience at every location, regardless of weather or local trades.

Cost predictability

Standardized components and fewer field surprises make budgets and schedules easier to plan and hold.

Future flexibility

Modular elements can be moved, updated, or expanded as the branch's role and your customers' needs change.
